Important Phone Numbers
A receptionist will assist you in scheduling appointments with a doctor or physicians’s assistant. You may also leave messages for the Nurse, PA or Doctor. Phone calls are returned by staff during normal business hours.
The prescription line is answered within 24 hours. You may leave your request on the voice mailbox. It’s important to ensure that you have enough medication. Please call for refills 3 days in advance and before running out.
A nurse will help you with questions regarding your treatment, to discuss symptoms which may be concerning you, request test results, to schedule tests and obtain notes from our office.
Please ask to be transferred to the billing department. A qualified billing specialist will assist you with insurance changes, billing questions, financial assistance programs and payment plans.
